Step-by-Step guide to using CAC to log in to Okta

  1. In order to retrieve your EDIPI, you will need to have a CAC, CAC reader, and CAC middleware* installed on your machine.

    If you do not see the ActivClient Agent Icon within your taskbar, try the following:


               


         


Next, go to https://auth.devops.va.gov/ and navigate to settings in the right top corner. 

In settings, Click "Edit Profile" and update the "Employee number" and Save! 


*Next time you log in, you should be able to use your CAC with no problems!
