Please note that this page was archived on 7/28/25, due to the new login process via Entra (no longer using Okta). As a result, this process no longer exists, and users no longer need to initiate login. They are now instantly logged in, once they have been added to a group. 

Problem

I have access to Jira, but I dont seem to be able to login to Confluence. 

Solution

This could be due to never logging into Confluence, only to Jira. In order to access Confluence, you will need to initiate the login properly.

You may want to use a panel to highlight important steps.

  1. Please go to the link below
    https://auth.devops.va.gov/. 

  2. Select "VA Confluence"
  3. Login to Confluence
