If you need to edit, transition, archive, clone, watch (and other options) multiple issues, use the Bulk Change option. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Perform a search with the required filters to produce a list of issues.
  2. Select Tools > Bulk Change.

  3. Select the issues you'd like to perform the bulk operation on and then select Next.
  4. Select the operation you'd like to perform.

Note: You must have the proper permissions to the project in which the issues exist to perform the operation. Contact the project administrator to be added to the proper project roles.


If you don't see the option to Bulk Change (it may just say something like "Clear Sorts"), submit a DOTS ticket so someone can review.
