CX Insights (Customer Experience Insights) is a powerful tool for managing data and supporting business processes. To help our team process your intake case quickly and accurately, please follow the steps below:
1. Add the Correct Team
- Verify Team Name: Ensure the team name is spelled correctly. You can check past submitted requests for reference.
- FTE Leader Confirmation: Under the “Customer” field, list the correct Full-Time Employee (FTE) leader — this is the person responsible for approving access on behalf of the team.
- Team Name Updates: If the team name has changed, let us know.
- Team Profile Updates: If there are new members on the team, please submit an updated Team Profile file with all required details.
2. Create and Attach the Team Profile Intake
- Use the Team Profile Intake template - CXI Team Profile Template.xlsx
- Add all relevant team members.
- Attach the completed file to your intake case submission.
3. Process Access Requests
- List Required Datasets: Use the “Pick Your Project” field to match your request to the appropriate datasets.
- Specify Data Type: Indicate whether you need Raw data, Conditioned data, or both.
- Include Additional Resources (if needed): List any Databricks workspaces, containers, or storage container related to your request.
