  2. You will be presented with a form to create your DOTS Service Desk Ticket. Fill in the field fieldS with the appropriate information and hit SUBMIT Jira TICKET

Method 2: in the MTS-Support Slack channel

  1. Go to the MTS-support channel in Slack https://deptofveteransaffairs.enterprise.slack.com/archives/C05PRL759TP
  2. Type "Help" and press "enter".
  3. Click on the button for "Create Service Desk Ticket"
    1. You will be presented with a form to create your DOTS Service Desk Ticket. Fill in the
    field
