Problem
I cannot access my Jira project.
Solution
- Confirm that you have a valid and active Jira Account
- Confirm that you are attempting to log in to the correct Jira instance: https://jira.devops.va.gov/
- Confirm that you have access to the particular Jira Project: its possible you don't have access to that project, or permissions have changed, and you need to request access
Most of the time, issues of this nature have to do with permissions or settings.
