Problem

I cant see some of the Jira Dashboards that have been created.

Here are a few possible reasons:

  • Any Dashboards must be shared by the User who has "Create Shared Objects" global permission
  • It may be a private dashboard
  • Some users may have different issue security levels
  • The Dashboard may be using the "currentUser()" function: that "current user" may be set to someone else, which means that others cannot view the Dashboard.

Solution

  1. Review the settings for the dashboard to ensure that it is not restricted to a certain group, or is not private.
  2. Confirm that you have the correct level of access to view the dashboard.
Most of the time, issues of this nature have to do with permissions or settings.
