Problem
I cant see some of the Jira Dashboards that have been created.
Here are a few possible reasons:
- Any Dashboards must be shared by the User who has "Create Shared Objects" global permission
- It may be a private dashboard
- Some users may have different issue security levels
- The Dashboard may be using the "currentUser()" function: that "current user" may be set to someone else, which means that others cannot view the Dashboard.
Solution
- Review the settings for the dashboard to ensure that it is not restricted to a certain group, or is not private.
- Confirm that you have the correct level of access to view the dashboard.
Most of the time, issues of this nature have to do with permissions or settings.
