You can create DOTS Service Desk tickets directly in Slack, instead of using the DOTS form. This may help save some time to create a Service Ticket.
Step-by-step guide
Method 1: Using a text prompt:
- In any chat, type the following
/create-dots-service-request - You will be presented with a form to create your DOTS Service Desk Ticket. Fill in the field with the appropriate information
Method 2: with a prompt in the MTS-Support Slack channel
- Go to the MTS-support channel in Slack https://deptofveteransaffairs.enterprise.slack.com/archives/C05PRL759TP
- Type "Help".
- Click on the button for "Create Service Desk Ticket"
- You will be presented with a form to create your DOTS Service Desk Ticket. Fill in the field with the appropriate information
