As an individual with a VA.gov account/email, you can access OKTA (https://auth.devops.va.gov/) with your PIV. However, prior to getting your PIV card and needing to access resources, here's a couple of items to get you on your way.
Step-by-step guide
New va.gov users who do not yet have a PIV card - an existing user can submit an Okta account request for them here: https://jira.devops.va.gov/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/create/1233
Note that the "COR approver" is only necessary for non va.gov users. If the user is va.gov the reporter can set themselves as the approver.
- Once they have an Okta account, Project specific access must be approved by a project manager or project admin authorized to give access to program data.
